Important Announcement:

In light of the current developments in the Middle East, the WDSA-CCWI 2026 Organizing Committee would like to inform all conference participants that the situation in Cyprus is peaceful and everyday life goes on normally, while the conference organization is progressing as planned.  

At the same time, we are monitoring the situation, and we are considering the option of running the conference in a hybrid mode.  If in due time, the situation is not fully back to normal, registrants will be allowed to participate in the conference remotely. In this case, we will provide the facilities such that presenters who wish to, will be able to deliver their presentation and respond to questions remotely, participate in all technical sessions online, have their accepted abstracts included in the conference booklet, and have their accepted papers included in the Springer proceedings, provided that all standard conference requirements are met.  

We will continue to monitor the situation and update all participants.

Welcome to WDSA/CCWI 2026

We are pleased to announce the 4th International Conference on Water Distribution Systems Analysis & Computing and Control in the Water Industry (WDSA/CCWI).

The conference will take place at the Aliathon Resort in Paphos, Cyprus, between 18-21 May 2026.

The conference provides an excellent opportunity to experience a high-quality technical program while enjoying Cypriot hospitality.

This year’s conference is centered on the theme: “Designing the Next Generation of Urban Water and Wastewater Systems.” Through its technical program, it will offer a unique opportunity for the academic and industrial communities to formulate new challenges, share solutions, and discuss future research directions in smart urban drinking and wastewater systems.

We invite you to submit your work to WDSA/CCWI 2026. Authors with accepted abstracts will be eligible to submit a full paper to be published in the Springer LNNS conference proceedings (Scopus-indexed with DOI).

Important Dates:

• Submission Deadline for Abstracts: 20 November 2025 *** Extended Deadline***
• Decision of acceptance or rejection of Abstracts: 27 December 2025
• (Optional) Deadline for submission of full paper and revised abstract: 15 February 2026
