Registration
Registration is mandatory for all conference participants. The conference policy requires that at least one author of an accepted abstract/paper must have paid the registration fee for the final submission to appear in the program. Regular registration permits the upload of two abstracts/papers, and student registration permits the upload of one abstract/paper. Authors who want to present more abstracts/papers are required to pay the additional abstract registration fee for each additional abstract they register.
Conference Registration
Included in the conference registration fee (for the regular, student, and non-presenting participant registration):
- Full access to the conference technical program
- Full access to the short courses (due to the limited number of seats, priority will be given based on the conference registration date)
- Access to the welcoming reception (18 May 2026)
- Access to the banquet dinner and transportation to the banquet venue
- Daily lunches during the days of the conference
- Daily coffee breaks and refreshments

Accompanying persons are welcome. Please send an email to [email protected] stating both the conference participant’s name and the accompanying person’s name.
Accompanying person cost is 150 EUR (includes welcoming reception and banquet dinner) paid upon request
