Submission Guidelines

Contributed/Invited Papers:

To manage all submitted abstracts effectively and ensure high-quality papers, a two-phase review process will be planned, led by the local organizing committee.

  • In the first phase, authors submit extended abstracts of up to 300 words, covering specific sections (aim, methodology, originality, results), as outlined in the call for abstracts. Two international reviewers will evaluate the abstracts with respect to quality, originality, and relevance to the conference. Abstracts receiving positive evaluations from both reviewers will be accepted; if reviews differ, a third reviewer will decide. Reviewers may also suggest alternative conference topics if needed.
  • If the authors choose, they can submit a full paper (up to 8 pages), to be published in the conference proceedings. Each paper is reviewed for quality, and feedback will be sent to authors for any revisions, that need to be addressed in order to be included in the conference proceedings. Papers must be submitted electronically via web upload only. Full papers should be submitted in standard A4 paper and double-column format for conferences.

All papers and invited session proposals must be submitted electronically through the platform (details will be provided at a later stage).

Invited Sessions:

Researchers who would like to organise one or more Invited Sessions on topics falling within the scope of the conference are invited to submit a proposal for consideration. This should include: the title of the session, a copy of the session abstract, as well as individual paper abstracts from each of the proposed participants. Through the submission website, please submit an invited session proposal. An “invited session identification code” will be communicated to the corresponding proposer and should be used by the prospective contributors.
