  • Presenters will receive an email with further instructions regarding the upload process, including the password.
  • Presentations must be uploaded using the following filename convention, indicating the Abstract ID and the surname of the corresponding author, as shown in the submitted conference abstract:

AbstractID_SurnameOfCorrespondingAuthor.pptx
or
AbstractID_SurnameOfCorrespondingAuthor.pdf

  • Conference computers will synchronize only PowerPoint (.pptx) or PDF (.pdf) files.
  • If a last-minute change occurs and an updated version is uploaded after 11 May 2026, presenters must inform the Session Chair/Co-Chair at least 10 minutes before the start of the session.

Technical Notes

All rooms will be equipped with a laptop and either a video projector or a TV monitor, with a 16:9 aspect ratio.
Presentations will be displayed in clone-screen (duplicate) mode for full compatibility.
Each conference computer will run Microsoft Windows 11 Enterprise, together with Microsoft Office 365 (for PowerPoint presentations), Adobe Acrobat Reader DC (latest version), and the latest versions of VLC and Zoom.
To reduce the possibility of technical problems during the conference, presenters will not be allowed to use their own laptops for their presentation.
Presenters preparing their slides on Mac OS should ensure full compatibility by using common fonts (e.g. Arial, Times New Roman, Verdana) and JPEG-formatted images, since there will be no Mac OS option available onsite.

Before the Session

All presenters should arrive at their lecture room at least 10 minutes before the start of the session and introduce themselves to the Session Chair/Co-Chair. A volunteer will be assigned to each room to assist with troubleshooting if needed.

Guidelines for Presenters (Online attendance)

Presentations by online participants must be provided in the form of a pre-recorded video to reduce the possibility of technical problems during the conference. The video will be played during the allocated session time. After the video ends, the presenter should be available online to answer questions live.

Presentations are allotted 12 minutes for the talk plus 3 minutes for questions. To accommodate the online format, the pre-recorded video should have a maximum duration of 13 minutes.

Apart from the duration and technical requirements, the format of the presentation is left to the presenter’s discretion. We recommend including the title of the paper and the authors’ names in the opening frames of the video.

Please note that online presenters will not be offered the option to present live via Zoom. The pre-recorded video will be played during the session, and the presenter will participate live only during the discussion period after the video.

Pre-recorded videos must be uploaded to following password-protected online space by 11 May 2026:
